Updating the Email Address for a New B2C Sales Order

KommerceServer comes with a built in event listener for new B2C sales orders. In order to receive emails when a newly registered customer places a new B2C sales order, you must first update the email address information for the New B2C Sales Order event listener. Perform the following steps to navigate to the New B2C Sales Order event listener page and enter a new email address.

  1. Open the Event Listener Listing page by selecting Web Administration>Events>Event Listeners. The Event Listener Listing page opens.

  1. Click the Search button to search for the New B2C Sales Order event listener. The search results will display at the bottom of the page.

  1. Click the link for the New B2C Sales Order event listener. The New B2C Sales Order event listener opens.

  1. Click the Notifications tab. The Notification template information appears at the bottom of the page.

  1. Modify the Send From and Send To information as necessary. If you want to send the notifications to multiple email addresses, click the New button and add the appropriate Send From and Send To email addresses on the new line that appears.
  2. Click Save to save your changes.
